The Procurement Specialist will support the full procurement lifecycle, including preparing ITBs/RFPs/RFQs and related documents, reviewing requisitions for compliance, analyzing bids and proposals, drafting contracts and amendments, and monitoring vendor and contractor performance. The role also involves market research, price/cost analysis, and maintaining detailed records for auditing and compliance purposes.
